Caesar salad is a favourite around our house. It’s the perfect addition to a Friday pizza night. This classic caesar salad dressing recipe is a great addition to so many meals. It’s quick and easy to pull together with many ingredients that I like to have on hand in my pantry.

Caesar salad ingredients

Combining all of the ingredients in a small jar helps to keep down the number of dishes. The jar also works well for storage in the refrigerator for future use. This recipe stores well in the fridge for future use, but remember that it does use raw egg for how long you keep it. This isn’t usually a problem around our house because it gets used quickly. The Worcestershire sauce and anchovy paste help to add a great umami flavour. If you don’t have anchovy paste on hand fish sauce can work as a good subsitute.

Pulling together a caesar salad with homegrown romaine, this classic caesar dressing recipe and some homemade croutons make for an easy side dish. The recipe for homemade croutons can be found here.

I hope you enjoy this quick and easy recipe.
